What is an Holistic approach to wellness?
As human beings we consist of three aspects; the Spirit, Mind and Body.
For true wellbeing, it is important that these aspects are considered in their correct order.
That is, although familiar with the mind and body, it’s the effect your Spirit or true Self has on the other two which is important.
This higher aspect of Self is waiting to be explored, to be called upon in ways we cannot begin to imagine.

In today’s world we lack connection to our true Self, the part of us from which a higher power and wisdom flows.
In fact, I think this lack of connection is the essential missing piece.
As we learn to reconnect with this aspect, life becomes easier and peace and serenity begin to replace anxiety and fear.
It’s a personal decision. No one can change your life but you. Personally, it’s the best decision I ever made, and life continues to unfold in ways I would never have imagined!
